The Baker Pools Experience
At Baker Pools, great customer service is just as important as great craftsmanship.
The Baker Pools Difference
Baker Pools has built their reputation by treating customers the way they would want to be treated. That means being available, communicating honestly, standing behind the work, and doing everything possible to make things right. Every project is personal, and customer satisfaction remains a priority from start to finish.
But Baker Pools has never been about just one person.
The team is made up of experienced, dependable, kind, and loyal people who share the same commitment to quality work and taking care of customers. Many team members have worked alongside the owner for years and have become part of the Baker Pools family.
The goal is not simply to complete a project and move on. Baker Pools strives to build lasting relationships and become the company customers know they can call whenever they need help with their pool.
Quality craftsmanship. Exceptional service. People who care.
That’s The Baker Pools Difference.
Family Legacy
Three Generations. One Standard. Honest Service.
For the Baker family, the pool business is more than a profession. It is a family tradition built over three generations.
Dean, the owner of Baker Pools, grew up learning the business from his father, who owned Bob Baker Pools in Upstate New York, and comes from a family that believed your name was only as good as the work behind it. Those early lessons continue to guide Baker Pools today: know your craft, stand behind your work, treat people fairly, and never cut corners.
Those values have carried forward through Baker Pools, Inc. in Jacksonville. Today, the team serves residential and commercial pools through renovations, complex repairs, custom pool construction, and specialty projects.
While the industry has changed over the years, the approach has remained the same.
Do quality work. Keep your word. And treat every customer’s pool as if it were our own.
That’s the Baker family legacy, and it remains the standard Baker Pools brings to every project.
